I bought a service plan from them that cost 141.10 for my whirpool washer and when i called for service they tell me they can't find anyone to fix it, so i tried and i couldnt locate anyone, so i called them back and told them its for you to find someone as i paid you this money. Well they couldnt so i cancelled the plan and they now want to pro rate the money, when its their fault and cant find anyone. I called today again and was told it will be pro rated and i have to wait for 4-12 weeks for any money. That it is a slow process. I feel they dont want to give me my money back, and i cant see how they can pro rate it when they have no one to come fix my washer. These are numbers i called, 1-800 239-5980 appointment ctr 1-800-905-9505 and no appointment as they cant find anyone. Sales 1-877-962-9824. What can i do now? I want my money back. I sent them a letter cancelling the service in jan. To twg attention cancellation, po box 427. Golden, colorado 80402. They are giving me a run around. Diana
