Members services ripped me off. They took $99.00 out of my bank account and I want it back. ALso when I called the 1800 262 4192 phone number. Matthew said that he didn't see my information on their system

USA credit card services ripped me off. I didn't authorize them to take $99 out of my bank account. The phone number is a fake that comes on your caller id. (214-446-9831). I want my damn money back.
