1and1 continues to charge for services we've discontinued. Then they don't email us or call us, and they have multiple email addresses, and they send the payment to NCO collections agency. When I called 1and1, they refused to reverse any charges after admitting that they sent and email to an invalid email address. Obviously this is a pattern for them and a tactic to make money. When confronted their attitude is "so what". I'm tired of them charging whatever they want, not telling me, then sending it to collections... Its ridiculous!
I have filed with the FCC and the FTC (Consumer Protection Agency) and you should too! These kind of business practices cannot be allowed to continue!
