Certain I want I'd identified about that website before I purchased the product. Today, due to the quality, stability and lies I've gotton from Wasauna it's my intention to see audience the things they can get.

- They explained the product had a-5 year guarantee. This steam spa places heated water out the flood pipes and certainly will strain my 50-gallon hot water heater tank in units. Numerous phone conversations together have created VACANT PROMICES.

- I rec'd. THREE (3) VARIOUS construction training guides plus one person guide via email... After attempting to consume the international published guides I requested two plummers and an engineer for aid... All of them essentially stated I required more help than they might provide. Construction required a lot more hours than Wasauna explained. Procedure directions continue to be hard to understand.

- I used the water bath five times without any issues. The components mgr. Explained these were awere of some issues immediately associated of this type. Both sales mgr. And parts mgr. Explained they'd deliver the restoration components... Which was a few months before.

- I set nearly 4 grand within this item and all I've now's fairly plastic and glass... Shudda completed my research greater... Buyer beware!!!
