So ok in these hard times it's difficult to get stuck with 2 car payments so I wanted to buy a cash car. I went on Craigslist to look for dealers selling cars, That is when I found Dan Tucker of Auto Plaza 1728 e 31stSt KCMO 64109 9137107131 or 8162161834 who had cars listed between 1200 and 1400 that claimed to be in great condition I found a Cirrus I was going to purchase for 1200 so I called Dan made arrangements to meet and my fiance went to get a car, upon arrival he was told the Cirrus had mechanical problems but I have this Mercerdes I can sell that he can sell it's in great condition only a little rear end damage but he knew someone who could fix the car for about 500.00 so he put 800 down and was given to the 16th to pay the rest and the dealer signed he would buy the car back if had engine or transmission issues. So we take the car to Meineke long and behold the Engine Head is blown on this car in great condition so I call the dealer tell him I'm bringing it back and that was ok on Tuesday so we take the car back on today Saturday Jan 16th because we work the dealer gets his mechanic who is likely not lisenced and speaks very little english who says its the valves so the dealer says we bring the car back to avoid paying the small remaining balance throws us off his lot when the police come he refuses to release the car until he gets the remaining bal, he says I've repoed the car for non pay! How can you repo a car on the payment due date? Had he had tried to work out something with another car he would have got his last payment todaybut instead disrespected and scammed! So now we don't have a car or our 800.00 no way to get to work because of this dealer deceptive sales practices, The jerk didn't even offer a differnt car he gave no solution only a lisenced scam dealer artist with my money.
