I ordered over $100 in merchandise as a result of a tv infomercial. I heard so many negative things about the merchandise that when it came I returned it with "refused" written all over the package and brought it back to the Post Office. Since then I have tried contacting them through email and just get the standard response with do not respond to this email. I have tried calling and don't get any human response just a recorded message telling me to leave name and number and someone will get back to me tomorrow. I want to know when I am going to get my refund NOW!
