National Auto Sales is one big deseptive company. My wife and I bought a vehicle from them over a year ago and since we drove off the lot it has been nothing but problems out of national Auto Sales. First off I pulled the Carfax on the vehicle we purchased and everything was in order that day. Two months later I checked the Carfax report on the same vehicle come to find out three months before we purchased the vehicle it was involved in a major accident. Carfax claimed it takes time sometimes for them to update the status of the reports depending on when they get the info entered from the insurance agencies. Then it whent from two owners to four owners of the vehicle. Another crazy thing that happened was we bought extended warrenty thru there third party company thru national auto sales. And when it was time to get the transmission fixed the warrenty company had no info on our vehicle. Meaning to say National Auto Sales never sent the proper paperwork to the warrenty company but still charged us $1,200. Well I lost my job recently and my wife got laid-off right after I did so we got way behind on everything. Needless to say We couldn't afford the payment of the vehicle anymore. So we drove the vehicle to the lot and explained the situation to Ira and he said he understood and that it would be put down as a Voluntary Reposession. Needless to say we check our credit file and it says un-voluntary reposession. After three days my wife got a call from Ira on her cellphone saying he could give the vehicle back to us under certain arrangements. Which she told me was vulgar and sexual explicit things he wanted from her. So she called me right away and I tried contacting him and he never took my calls. Which she could have recorded the conversation. National Auto Sales sold the vehicle ten days later at an auction and made about $5,000 of it. But they sent me a letter saying they are charging me for towing clean-up, repairs and all kind of other things. Well anyway I have a brother who works at the auction where the car was sold. And one of his buddies bought the vehicle for Pars Cars. He called me up and told me it just went thru the auction line and sold. So I asked him to take pictures of it outside and inside. Come to find out they ain't even touch the car. It was the same way I drove it to them even still had cigar ashes in ashtray. We are now going thru an attorney with all all evidence and plan to sue National Auto Sales for Deception and Sexual Harassment. People Please. Please Don't buy your next vehicle from them. Don't make a $15,000 mistake on a car thru a deceptive company like National Auto Sales. We wish we would have walked away when we first looked on the lot.
