I recently purchased a vehicle from Hatchers Auto Sales. I had been without a vehicle for about ten months when I was finally able to purchase another vehicle. I
went to Hatchers because my friend had spoke highly of them.
The very next day I took the vehicle back to ask them to switch me into another vehicle because several mechanics told me the motor was about to go they refused to do anything about it. I then kept the vehicle for three weeks while looking for another vehicle since I am a single mother of two.
The third week came and the oil light was on 0 so I took it took the automotive center where they told me it would be $4,000 to fix the problem. I then got the car towed to Hatchers where the owner told me and my father that it wasn't his car it belong to the finance company so take it there. These people do not care anything about their customers it is all about getting a dollar with them.
I am trying to keep anyone from making the same mistake I made by going to them and putting their trust in them. This company shouldn't be operating under these conditions. I am currently talking back and forth with BBB and as of the present moment nothing has been resolved.
