I called a week ago and bought propane. They cancelled my order and didn't notify me, because they didn't verify my phone # when the order was placed. I called yesterday and asked when I would get my product and was told I wasn't quoted properly and my order was cancelled, because I wasn't charged enough. I was livid. Got them to deliver today, but it cost me an extra $40. Got on the phone with corporate in Kansas. We'll see if they make this right I guess. $40 isn't a lot of money to lose compared to losing a customer and they don't seem to care at the Millington office.
