Called this company to firstly fix a leaking pipe (this job was done well by the owner. Preston Nickel), then to prepare plumbing for new kitchen and afterwards to install dishwasher and sink (these job were done by Sean Burgess. After Sean's first visit, we found the pipes he had worked on were leaking badly and we had to turn water off. Called him (no reply) and then owner who told us to contact him. This was on a Saturday, After 4 more phone calls Sean finally got back to us on Sunday, said he would put his clothes on and be over. Three hours later arrived after having (we assume) brunch with girlfriend. We were without water for A DAY because of his incompetence. Next day Sean came to install dishwasher and sink. He had installed a shut off valve for the hot water and the handle had fallen off. He was aware of this and we were under the impression that it had been fixed. When we tried the dishwasher there was no hot water coming into it. We called and both he and owner were very reluctant to do anything, just got phone advice! Got the impression they knew how to deal with complaints. We fixed the problem ourselves but having spent in excess of $800 with this company for very unhelpful and substandard service would certainly no recommend their services to anyone.
