I almost fell for their scam. I received a call from Vanessa and was told to bring copies of bills to show proof of address and possibly a $500.00 down payment. If I did not have it, that would be waived. The finance company was ok with my not having a down payment.
I asked Vanessa and she said that I qualified for a pre-owned car. I reminded Vanessa that her informercial said "NEW" car and she said I was told wrong.
I am urging everyone to file a complaint with the Texas Attorney General's office. I contacted the dealer licensing board and I got an idiot who did not know what I was talking about.
Please file a complaint. I did.
