My house was turned over to me in june. There was miner things that they can back to finsh up. A few thing i done myself.
But two weeks after we got the keys the compresser burned out in the air cond. We called ever day an was told. They will get it tomorrow, it took them 2 weeks to come out. Then it ran for a week. Now it freezes up so bad air will not blow throw the vents. Mon. Aug. 4 2003 will be the start on the 3rd. Week this time. An it is not fix. They say, they will be out, call back they say they can not find any one to fix but they are doing there best.
A man came from jonesboro ar. Office he was a project manger. He said he was look to see if every thing was all right, i said no the air don't work, he points at a fan, said don't that work.
Today my wife called jackson office all this man would say was raise a window. We have had this house for 45days an still not moved in. Every thing else is all right just few miner things that i fixed but. There warranty to fix a problem sucks.
I will see them in court. If tampa don't get it fixed tomorrow
