I bougt a BLT and the meat was off of a wild hog. My tator tots had bugs in them. This deli is serving meat that the owner kills in his back yard. He has old bartenders working for hime which draws all kind into our community. Yesterday, the ambulance and police had to be called due to a stabbing occuring in the parking lot. We are a very small and rural c ommunity and do not want this type of meanness and killings going on in our community. This CC deli needs to be closed. I am trying to find Health and Human Services to report them too but so far you web page is all I can find. We are located in Trinity County in East Texas. This place is a danger to the well being of others eating the food and also the calliber of people they are bringing into our community.in the dead of winter the clerks wear tank tops. There is probably prostitiun going on as well. Hope this gets to the right place and something is done beofre some dies from eating raw unprocessed meat or gunfire/stabbings. I do prefer to remain anonomous as I said we live in a small community and these are mean, evil people.
