Early December I made a call to STAR TEX Power because our electricity would go out when I turned the heat on. No response. I called again a week later and no response. I called again and again and today was my fourth phone call to STAR TEX Power.
The large lever/BREAKER below the Meter flips whenever my heat is on and our entire house is void of electricity. Today, Brian #2818, told me that this LEVER was my responsibility and that I have been charged for someone coming out to my home to check it out. I received no notice that someone was here, no receipt or acknowledgment of the visit and now he is telling me after FOUR phone calls and approximately TWO HOURS on the phone that this piece of equipment BELONGS to me and I am responsible to fix it.
I am so tired of poor customer service and incompetence, I could scream. Does anyone have a power company that knows what they are doing and has good customer service?
