My credit card was charged $14.95 a month for 7 months. I guess I "signed up" for the service on Proflowers. I didn't read the fine print. When I called the number on a previous consumer complaints for this company, 1-800-444-9491 (not the 1-800-355-1837 on my credit card bill) I had no problem getting my money back. I spoke to a very nice women named Hope. It only took a couple of minutes to straighten everything out. No arguments. It was very easy. The whole Proflowers/Easy Saver operation is rip-off, no doubt, but my experience getting it "fixed" was simple.
