My daughter went online to send flowers to her best friend for Mother's Day in May using the Pro-Flowers website. Her friend did receive a beautiful arrangement of flowers. We were very happy w / them at that time. Then 10 months later, she finds out that this company has been charging her $14.95/mo as EZ Saver. Evidently neither one of us read the fine print, either. When I called the number on a previous consumer complaints (thank you Diane from California) for this company, 1-800-444-9491 (not the 1-800-355-1837 on my daughter's credit card bill) I had no problem getting them to refund her money back. I spoke to a very nice gentleman named Mark. It only took a couple of minutes to straighten everything out. No arguments. It was very easy. The whole Proflowers/Easy Saver operation is rip-off, no doubt, but my experience getting it "fixed" was simple. They cancelled the "membership" (we had never used it), and refunded all of the money they'd taken back to her bank.

Pay attention to your bank statements and credit card bills. This type of thing really happens.
