UNKNOWN debited my bank acct several times in the amt of $49,95. Bank won't help

I took out two payday loans online, which were repaid in full. Now I am receiving debits on my checking account for $49.95 from a company called FREEDOM SUBSCRIPTIONS, 877-807-4709. I never authorized these debits, nor did I sign anything from them allowing them access to my banking information. My bank is of no help... They told me to call the company, which I have, but they always put me on hold and then we are disconnected. HELP!
