I just found a check listing on my bank account statement for $49 payable to Freedom Membership 877-807-4709. The thing that surprised me the most is that my signature (fake signature) was on the check. I called the bank immediately but the claims department was not open. I have received a couple of pay day loans as well but they are paid off. I was only aware that this may be associated to pay day loans because of another post on complaint. Tomorrow I will call my bank and probably just close this account all together, I'm afraid that otherwise this won't go away anytime soon if I don't. I will keep this posted with the outcome.
