Fake echeck out of bank account

I checked my bank account and I had a suspicious check in there from a freedom subscription, of course it was an e-check. I do not know who this company and I have not authorized any e-checks. I have filed a claim with my bank account. I did notice they have done this to numerous people. It sucks they got me too...
