I bought 4 Toyo 255-55-18 tires from this Les Schwab in September. Because of a shaking in the car I returnrd the vehicle only to find that Les Schwab had over-tightened the rims and "cracked" all 4. To satisfy me they purchased 4 new rims for my 2008 Explorer. The "tps" warning light has been going off so I took my car to the dealer (Jesse Ford, Grand Coulee) where it's been discovered that they had REMOVED the strap that holds the sensor to the wheel and taped the "metal" sensor back without the strap! Needless to say that the sensor had been flying around the inside of the tire there are huge divets all the way down and through the steel belts of the tire!!! My tires were being shredded from the inside out! The odds of my not being in an accident and being injured muchless killed are insurmountable!!! Muchless killing or injuring anyone else. Just to deliver my car to the dealer meant speeds of 60 mph on a jagged hilly and very danderous road. Absolutely everyone is shocked at the sight of my tires. I will not sit here knowing there are other cars out there that have been serviced out there with the same problem. Everyone should know of the SEVERE DANGER they are in! This was not done on JUST ONE TIRE! It was done on THREE out of the four! Let me tell you that I am notifying the newspapers, attorney general, the consumer protection agency, the emergency management of Grant County Wa., and absolutely EVERYONE I can reach. This company should be on the phone calling EVERYONE they have serviced to have their vehicles brought in IMMEDIATELY and I mean TOWED to them at THEIR EXPENSE before it does cause death or injury. I will not be placated with mear apologies this time, this is a "TIME BOMB" waiting to go off. Some one PLEASE LISTEN!
