My wife purcased three pairs of childrens boote from this store, when they arrived we where charged 64.90p import duty and VAT, which you must be aware of, their company does not tell you this. On openiing them we found the quality to be so poor we could not believe our eyes, some RIP OFF.
The UGG label was not genuine, the finnish where the boots attached to the sole were a disgrace, they can only describe these as very poor seconds, nothing was symetrical it was rather hit and miss.
When we recived the credit card statemant they had extracted more money than what our final payment was on screen, an absolute disgrace to say the least, i e-mailed these people twice and they have not had the deacency to even acknowlodge my e-mails, all we can do is learn the lession NOT TO BUY FROM THEM AND WARN OTHERS TO DO THE SAME
