My wife tried to order 1 Slim Clip for me from the internet. No shipping and handling charges were specified. There was no "I accept" button and no confirmation of order page. She thought the order didn't go through, so she repeated the procedure twice. She was shipped 3 orders and charged over $140.00. Each order had a S/H charge of 18.95.
She called their customer service department and was told to return 2 of them and she would be given the full credit for those 2 (including S/H). She returned them, but was only credited for 1 of the orders. She called their customer service dept. And was told she needed to fax them a receipt from the post office. She told them both orders were in the same box, so if they received one, they must have received both. They refused to credit her for the second order and hung up on me while I was talking to them.
This company preys on unsuspecting consumers, charges ridiculous S/H charges which are not disclosed before placing an order, then doesn't want to give a refund when the product is returned.
