I have decided to file this report in response to another report on this site I have seen today labeled Sxean Lee-David. The report is made from a student who took a class from Sxean Lee-David and his company DreamScapesAxis.
I have never met Sxean Lee-David directly myself or havent even taken a videogame development class from him but met him almost a year ago on the internet while surfing through Blogger.com. I was reading a story about the 10th anniversary of The Matrix and how selected channels were going to play a marathon of the series for celebration.
While glancing through I went down to the comments section and read a comment from a anonymous person saying "The Wachowski brothers are a joke. The only reason they were able to make this movie is because they stole ideas from hapless student Sxean Lee-David such as "bullet-time" and other ideas from poor old black woman Sophia Stewart."
After reading this comment I was interested and currently had nothing else better to do so I looked up Sxean Lee-David and Sophia Stewart on google. There were stories about how Sophia Stewart tried to sue the Wachowski brothers for stealing her work titled "The Third Eye" and turning it into The Matrix. However the case flopped and nothing happened.
Yet, after reading about Sxean Lee-David I discovered a story about how a man claimed that the Wachowski brothers and screenwriter/game developer Sxean Lee-David were currently working on a new movie called DreamScapesAxis. This movie was supposed to have a similar environment to The Matrix but was supposed to be a lot better.in fact this person claimed the story to be "god-like".
So I then googled DreamScapesAxis. After surfing through pages of comments I couldnt find anything solid about DreamScapesAxis. However I later found a company was titled DreamScapesAxis. After visiting their webpage I found out that the founder of the company was named Sxean Lee-David. I was excited to see this and sent him an email about the movie curious to know more.
However once going through his website I learned that his company was covering videogame design and said nothing about the movie. I later got a reply from Sxean saying that the movie never fell through so he was now developing his own videogames with the name DreamScapesAxis.
Yet something didnt seem right. I asked him about the other comments I had read online. How supposably the Wachowski brothers stole his bullet-time idea and didnt give him credit. He suddenly got very defensive and instructed me to stop bothering him.
A week later another story popped up online about how someone was involved with the new movie coming out called DreamScapesAxis. This person wanted to remain anonymous but was accepting questions via email. At the end of the story there was an update claiming that the person who wanted to remain anonymous said he was Sxean Lee-David. At this point nothing seemed to make sense.
It seemed obvious at this point that Sxean Lee-David was just trying to get his name out in public. I sent him another email asking him about how none of these stories online supported eachother and that it seemed that he was just creating rumours to promote his business. He then openly admitted that he was posting comments on different sites because he claimed he did create the bullet-time theory for The Matrix.
However he said there was going to be no movie called DreamScapesAxis and that he was just trying to promote his newly found company called DreamScapesAxis. Whether this man actually did come up with the "bullet-time" idea and had it stolen and uncreditted from the Wachowski brothers is unknown and probably unlikely.
However the fact that this man admitted to creating false stories about a movie deal with the Wachowski brothers to promote his business DreamScapesAxis is just ridiculous! All I can say is that this man should not be trusted at all.
He is obviously a liar and according to another students report is a scam artist and a thief. All I can say is if you read this report and hear of DreamScapesAxis or Sxean Lee-David do yourself a favor and stay as far away from him as possible.
