GMAC ’s customer service can not electronic refund and overpayment. The real problem is as I talked to three different rep's all stated and used the words CAN NOT AS THE FRIST RESPONE THAT IS THE PROBLEM. Why does it take 10 days to refund an overpaymet. IT ONLY TAKES 10 SECONDS TO TO DRAFT MY ACCOUNT SUCKS!!!
