Robert Hartounian, manager and forgerer of Colony Mortage Banc, creates bank statements from his office computer. He actually creates bank statements, meaning that he will take a bank statement from one client, erase that clients name, and place a new clients name on that statement, though that client does not even have an account with that bank, or ANY money for that matter.
If you have a bank account that has a PDF system on it, LOOK OUT. He's actually switching your name and putting another persons name. He and his wife, Marina Hartounian, who comes in everyday (that is, when she's in the country and not traveling on other people's account money, buying BMWs and Mercedes) assists him in creating these statements, and keeps watch in the office to make sure nobody from the Department of Real Estate walks in, and she is instructed to leave the office with any paperwork. He forges signatures on all of the primary real estate documents and forms. And he BRAGS about what he does, and will be very happy to tell you he has been doing this for over 20 years. And he says he has gotten millions like this, mainly from:
1. Wells Fargo
2. Citibank
3. Chase Manhatten
4. Bank of America
... And a few smaller establishments. He says this is how he pays for his office space (5,000 a month), and for his two luxury vehicles, and is talking about buying a million dollar home, using wells fargo's money, of course. The DRE has not investiaged nor do they question any of his paperwork or loans. He then submits the loan to unsuspecting lenders, such as:
1. New Century
2. Wilmington
3. Argent
... And other unsuspecting lenders. The clients are ENTIRELY innocent, they know nothing about it, and neither do the lenders, or those who are working for him. He has a few close friends, but LOTS of enemies.
Be VERY aware of this fraud. Somebody report this guy.
