Manila Philippines An Indian teenager, who allegedly raped female followers claiming he was a reincarnated Buddha, has been arrested in Stone House Manila and Santos Pension Mabini after more than six years on the run, NBI said Wednesday. NBI police arrested Kharma aka Bombay na kulot of Stone House Manila and Santos Pension in Mabini, the embassy wants him to be sent to Nepal to face charges of rape and sexual assault, NBI said.
