I purchased carton of cigarettes on 7 December, check cleared and no delivery info. No shipment and no idea what is going on with this company. I see there are hundreds of us out there in the same predicament. Has anyone looked into legal recourse for us? We need to band together to figure this thing out. Please post any info. On this. There has to be a way for us to get our money back. If CD2U is using our money for their own legal litigation, that is just downright wrong!
