It took me one year of haggling on the phone to get them to pay for a routine doctor visit. They wanted me to pay 400 dollars instead of a 10 dollar copay. They kept saying they never got the bill even though it was mailed or faxed to them six times by the medical provider, my campus insurance representative and myself. The customer service people on the phone were impossible to get in touch with and then were either rude, incompetent or unwilling to help.
