My son lives in the Apartments off Chaha Rd in Garalnd. He has requested that repairs be made to his apartment and some of them were fixed, as with anything mechnaical problems, some repairs are outside the resources of the average repairman, example: Apartment Maintenance Workers. On some of the repairs the maintenacne workers took the liberty without notice to enter the Apartment while his wife was in the shower. This is the first problem.
There is an ongoing drug problem and breakins by Tennants of the same apartment complex who were reported to the Garland Police Department. 1891 Forest Ln, Garland TX 972-485-4840. My son has called them and there hasn't been any public information posted that is legally purchased through the court system that would suggest that they are tactling the problem. From my experience of Security and Surveillance, parking the smoothy cars outside the aparment managers office and not scanning the internal parking lots would prohibit a proactive responce by the Police to catch the perpatrators.
The first problem is DEAD-BEAT Management that doesn't follow through with repairs, and the Second problem is there has been several attempted Breakins that were reported to the police that are still outstanding.
