The situation about the football tickets I bought from them is as follows:
Total tickets price: 605 GBP (shown just before Book! Button) Total card charge: 822.8 EURO (this indicates a conversion rate of 1.36 EURO/1 GBPactual official conversion rate at that day - Dec 7- was 1.10 EURO/1 GBP) Therefore the difference is 157.3 EURO. So the total amount literally stolen from the card is 157.3 EURO (amount that cannot be justified because they say absolutely nothing about any special conversion rate or bank fees whatsoever).
