Telecombs Product returned but Did Not Send Refund

In December I ordered a set of EX Combs off the internet. AFter processing I noticed on the email they double charged me for 2 sets. I had no need for 2 set I thought I was just ordering an extra comb. When I received my order I was shocked to see a $40.97 charge on my bills and they sent me 2 set. I called them and they tried to reduce my bill by $10 to keep the other set. I really just wanted my money back.

They said they would refund me $6.99 now and then after item was returned they would refund me $20. Well for some reason I had to call them back about how to return and then the guy only offers me $16.99. I had gotten my $6.99 credit already. SO I said fine and I return the item. I have never ever received the return of the money for my return.

I had called them again and they said they would fix it and they never did. At this point I should have taken the $10 credit and kept the other set cause now it cost me $40 for one set of combs. They break easily and defenitely was not worth $40.

Now you can get these at Walgreens without paying shipping.
