"Hebrew online" set us up for a month of classes as arranged and paid previously over the phone with a sales representative that promised the first month for $90.00, after 2 weeks we found out a charge of $816.00 to the account plus the previous charge and without any authorization or approval after the first class of hebrew on line, never got a notification or a request of approval for the charge, after finding the charge tried to call several times to get an answer of the charge and instead they transfered our call 3 times so we had to speak with 4v different people to fix the problem, and nobosy was intrested in helping us. Just after we decided to make a stop payment they called and offered 50% refund on a service that we never agreed to pay.
