Do you really know what they are selling you?

A reseller of used and refurbished laboratory and research equipment.

This is a company that brags about its environmental consciousness.

They have no adequate waste management in place - often

They brag about their ability to refurbish everything, and tout the fact that they use only original manufacturers parts - all of this is stated in their sales quote.

They in fact often do not use original manufacturers parts - in most cases they don't even use new parts.in many cases, despite the stamp of "NEW!" on the quote next to an item the part is what was already in place or is a part that was taken off of another piece of equipment in the warehouse.

They lie to the customers about the availability of equipment, what is on hand, and when it will be ready. Make promises to the customer, both verbal and written, that knowingly cannot keep.
