I received a call today at work today from 951-707-4047 Kevin Foster. This man had a thick indian accent and was hard to understand, he started reading me an affidavit and telling me that I would be arrested at my work today because I had defaulted on a payday loan with Cash net. I never had a loan with Cash net. This person had my personal information, bank etc. He tried to threaten me by saying he was going to call my work and let them know what type of person I was and I had created a fraudlent checking account and the cyber crime division would be arresting me, he said he would see me in court and good luck to me as I was going to be in jail. I became Irate and he hung up on me. The local police department have been contacted regarding this person
