I purchased a used automatic transmission for my 2002 Honda Accord, with the understanding that EverDrive LLC offers a 3 year warranty. This was a internet purchased, so I didnt get a chance to deal with live ppl until I filed a complaint. I ordered the transmission on October 10, and was promised that I would be delivered to me within 3-5 days. However, it arrived on October 18. On September 6, I had the transmission installed professionally by an auto repair shop and certified mechanic like the instructions suggested to do in order to validate my warranty. Once the transmission was installed, I test drove the car and it wouldnt shift gears, so I immediatly phone EverDrive to notify them of that I was sent a defective product, and I wanted to use my warranty to get a replacement. No one never called me back, so I phoned them a couple days later to see what actions was taking place.
