All current and future potential "employees" of Dynamic Balance aka Calee Marketing aka Cydcor beware of Jennifer Cauvin Harris and whatever she feels like calling her business today. Feel free to search Dynamic Balance or Calee Marketing which pose as the same company under the parent company of Cydcor (search rip off reports about this company too).
Let me tell you briefly what to expect from Jenn.
You see an ad that looks like it is a real marketing company, advertising firm, or customer service organization. You contact them by applying and you will hear back within a few minutes about how fantastic your resume is and how they would like to schedule an interview. Seems like they are really impressed since they got back to you so quickly, but they really respond so quickly because they are desperate to get bodies in to interview.
Go to your first interview and you will be asked to meet Jenn and she will give you a 5 minute pitch about how her company represents fortune 500 firms in telecom, office supplies, or something along those lines. Do you know how easy it is to represent a fortune 500 company? I can sign up on a website and become a vendor for a fortune 500 company in about 5 minutes, but she makes it seem like these companies have tracked her down to try and get her company exclusively to sell their services.
She won't answer any questions about the job, but she'll tell you she is looking to promote 5 managers in the next year or so due to explosive growth in her company. The truth is that these 5 managers are part of a multi level marketing company that get promoted by recruiting 5 people to sell for them. After the quota is filled the "manager" is asked to save up $10k of their own money to open up their own office like Jenn. She will get paid an override on any sales that your office makes and parent office will also get paid on your sales. The title of manager is really misleading, you are really investing your own hard earned money in starting your own business, but you are forced to recruit people in order to do it. I don't know why you are supposed get hired by someone else in order to start your own business, but somehow she suckers people in to do it.
If you work for her you should know that you will get 100% commission without any sort of hourly pay, salary, or benefits. You will see people hired and fired everyday and hundreds of interviews per week. She will command you to work 70 hours per week, but you will only get paid for about half of them because you only get paid when you are going door to door to sell, not when she is brainwashing you for 30 hours a week to manipulate people into being a part of the cult. She will try to tell you that a lot of people can't cut it and that they "neg out." There is no negging out, there is just honesty which is certinaly not permitted in Jenn's company.
If a customer complains to you and asks to speak to your manager, you better not give our her office's number or she will yell at you. Sounds like a real legit operation right?
If you are considering working for this awful woman, think again and get a real job. You can find much better, even in this down economy.
