They took money out of my account and never sent me magazines i paid for

I received a phone call from a magazine company that i won something, then went on to say i could get magazines really cheap. Well i never received the magazines and it has been since May.
I then told them that i wanted a refund because i never received the magazines. It has been over a month and the money is still not returned to my account. Total rip-off.
