CURTIS POPE, SCOTT CLARK What A tangled "WEB" we weave

Being a former employee of TrendsAct and actually taking repremands for giving out the company's "real" name". I found it most criminal for this kind of business to thrive in a city where identity theft is second nature and Fraud is the rule of thumb.
I had the unpleasurable task of doing collections for this company who used illeagal tactics to harass, intemidate, deceive and, humiliate individuals whose bank accounts were under seige due to the companies unique approach of "refinancing".
On several occasions Mr. Pope burst onto the call center floor demanding that the number of successful contacts increase because in his words " no one else is going to pay you like I do for doing this kind of work", while giving cash perks to some of his favorite employees and dismissing claims from others who were promised compensation for making or surpassing daily quotas.
I was told on several occasions that an electronic signature was "not needed" to re-establish a loan with individuals who openly did not want these services. It appeared to me that the company knew exactly how to undermine the security exchange commisions (SEC) ground rules regarding access to individual banking accounts and using previous information to place individuals at financial risk for the sake of profit.
There was one instance where an individual had paid over $1500.00 dollars for a loan of $300.00 dollars because the agents were told not to give account holders any pertinent or detailed information that they "should have read or understood" during the application process. While all of this is going on, the financial institutions were doing there part to "bleed" the defenseless. Repeatedly charging overdraft fees created by request for payments on existing and even closed accounts knowing that these financial institutions had "no regulation" in place to prevent or protect their clients, all the while joining TrendsAct in the gluttonous practice of "taxation without representation" in the new world marketplace. Now everyone there is out of work, while the money is unaccounted for and the damages done to honest families, people who just wanted a decent job and unemployment claims are denied... What else can be said for a guy know to have multiple felony charges for embezzelment and other latharious financial misdealing who can pad the pockets of officials and start another business doing the same thing. Oh, and by the way some of that "so called invisible money" that no one knows anything about, Mr. Pope believes that by putting the companies in his infant son's name that he would elude or evade the law. Is'nt there an age requirement for establishing a business dealing with currency in the U.S.?
