Synergy pro consultanting company promised me a government grant but took 5000 instead but left me with 0

I am small business and was trying to get a small business grant and they told me there will be a 5100.00 fee and i didnt give a thought and i talk to there grant writers consultants on the phone for two months and then told me that i was not in a hub zone and i was not eligilbe for a federal grant and you and did not give me a enough help from the program and i talk to my local people and they said there should not be any fees i know did not asks the right question when i should have and know they are coming after for there fee first name nick city uniontown state pa
