Samsung is completely incapable of repairing a washer that I bought in May and it is now July. The glass door is broken and therefore I have not been able to use the washer. I have spoken with Samsung on a number of occasions and today, July they showed up with the wrong part so I will now have to wait until Aug. Or later. I have never dealt with a more incompetent manufacturer who does not stand behind their product to meet customer satisfaction!
