Do not bother to take part in their refund system. Their work would be to discover execuse to avoid the contract. I joined a workshop and was provided "300 Gasoline Move Refund" which guaranteed to rebate $25 for atleast $100 gasoline purchase each month for 12 weeks. I submitted $35 registration charge, and consistently adopted their guidelines to email the bills via certified mail each month. After just a couple month, I quit getting refund checks for my Sept. Discount. Sent them-and got response stating:
"Sadly, according to the conditions and terms your incentive was voided due the very fact you didn't send inside your bills and discount within seven days of the final old bill. According to the conditions and terms your incentive was voided due the very fact your deals were submitted significantly less than thirty days apart."
Well, my Aug. Bills were dated 8/1 and 8/28, and that I shipped them in on 8/31. My Sept. Bills were dated 9/9 and 9/22, and that I shipped them in on 9/28 (that will be within seven days of the final bill).
Per their so-called "guidelines", easily send the Sept. Coupon on 9/28, it isn't thirty days aside from my Aug. Discount. Easily send it on 9/30, it is more than 7 nights in the last bill time. I wonder if anybody may finish the refund plan with such guidelines.
I sent back with concerns, and got another mail back stating:
"Please contact Customer Support to ensure that we are able to better help you."
The Client Care quantity they offered is 866-653-2139. Not surprisingly, calls towards the quantity would go to reply device with no one actually calls back.
It Is A fraud to really get your $35 registration charge, and discover a method to avoid your refund system. Avoid the corporation. Do not bother to take part in some of their applications.
