I had a problem with the modem supplied by your company connecting to my pc. I spoke to three troubleshooters who were basically worthless. The first person, Dominic seemed puzzled, the second person Anthony needs an attitude adjustment because his customer service skills stink. The third person Mike T., you be the judge.instead of helping me over the phone, he insisted on having my email address so he could email me instructions as opposed to helping me over the phone.
So after wasting an hour with your three top notch people, I had to troubleshoot it on my own and thankfully, I solved the mystery.
It is that kind of interaction with a company that leads an individual to rethink continued service from that provider.
