I took my 1999 susukie into your hudson wis store 1201 gateway bvld 54016 ordered 2 belt on mondaday to be replaced on friday instructed my wife she would have to take off 1 hr early because of closing time. Jason the manager assured me it would not take more than a half hr 45 minutes top. 2 1/2 hrs laters only 1 belt was replaced there excuse was napa sent the wrong one and it took 2 1/2 hrs to figure that out. Then to add insult to injury my wife was treat to bull shitt mechanice said the belt that was not replaced was very good and nothing to worry about even thought it had 235,000 miles on it and the manufacture recommend change at 135,000 miles. At this time i called back spoke to jason manager nd said that if the belt goes he would pay for repairs to the engen, towing and would furnish my wife with a loaner (car). I called the owner of the store jim in cottage grove mn 651-458-1812 he interseeded and the second belt was put in at no cost 4 days later. Happy customer. Oops 4 days later belts belts are squeeling. Take vehicle back in jason manager says no problem we'll get it right in only 1 customer ahead of me should be done in 10 to 15 minutes.in the interum 4 other customers come in for tires and 1 hr later i ask jason what is holding up my vehicle. His comment the mechanic is propbaly looking for a tool. I commented to jason no one was working on it as i could see from the desk area and i had gone outside to observe. Jason checked came back and said the lift was broken. I said to him put it on another lift. His face turned beet red went in to instructe the mechanice and 45 minutes later it was done. When i got home i inspected the engen compartment the dip stick (oil) was left laying on the engen and a rag was left on the engen. As i removed the rag and was going to through it away i walked to the rear of the car and spotted a perfectly round hammer hole in the back bumper. Now i have to enter into litagation. Perhaps you sshould check the net which i should have done about customers expierancing similer customer service. Weather i win or lose this will go on the net. Your mechanices certification must have come out of a box of wheaties. Thanks for listening. Please remove your guarantee from your litriture.
