Discriminating, fired due to my pregnancy

I was once a employee at compucredit, when I had gotten hired, it was about two months before I was suppose to start actually working. During this time I had gotten stressful but exciting news that I was 3 to 4mnths pregnant, I knew this could be a problem, but I didn't think it really would be.By the time I had started my first day at compucredit
my stomach had already started showing, but i figured if I can show them how good of a worker I am, in the end this pregnancy thing won't matter, so I had kept it to myself for about the first month or so. As that month had went by, I had started having complications with my pregnancy, but I didn't want my manager to find out by me not showing up one day, because I actually liked having a stable job, with some pretty cool benefits, and besides by this time I was doing great with my quota's and I was never late or absent. So I went into my managers office, with confidence that I would have a little support, but at the same time nervous because I was still about 2 months new.

Spoke to him about it, and when I did the look on his face was as if I had told him I stole 100 bucks from him. I mean he was really pissed, you could see that he did not want to deal with a pregnant new hire.By this time I had been told from my doctor I had a short cervix, and I would have to be put on strict bed rest. I went about 2 weeks straight in pain, because I was scared if I told compucredit I was not able to keep working due to my pregnancy, I would lose my job. So because of me not saying anything to compucredit, I had shortened my cervix all the way down to where they had to hospitalize me for two weeks, REMIND YOU this was all to keep my job. The second day after I was hospitalized, they let me know I was gonna be there for about 1 to 2 weeks. At this time I'm pissed because I had just got this job and I didnt want to lose it for nothing, believe it or not I liked working there, or maybe just the fact of having a steady pay check. So I made the call to one of my managers, to let her know what was going on, let her know that I was heavenly medicated due to pain and that I didn't want to lose my job over this, she told me everything was fine, not to worry, make sure I keep in contact saying whats going on and to just make sure I fax over a doctors note. So I did just that, I had my nurse fax over the doctors note and over the week I had left messages on her voice mail letting her know what was going on when I could.

When I had finally gotten out of the hospital I was still in alot of pain, I had called one of the main managers to let them know when I was gonna be able to return to work,
and he had told me I was fired. When I had asked why, he said because I did not call there automatic answer machine, everyday that I was suppose to work, and that during the hire I had signed to that agreement. I was speechless. So I decided to go up there REMINDER I CANT EVEN WALK STRAIGHT AT THIS TIME about 6 to 7months pregnant with a short cervix. I requested to speak to both managers to let them know how unfair it was to fire somebody for not calling a answering machine while there in the hospital in pain, half drowsy because of medicine. I understood the rules but because I of the circumstances, I didn't think that it was needed for me to call the machine, I had did everything she had told me to do, if this wasn't about them not wanting to deal with my pregnancy why didn't she just say, " Hey & don't forget to call the call in answer machine" after I had the talk with the managers, Now Stressed in tears, I return home and get a call from one of the managers saying, that they all had a meeting and because of my good attendance and no tardy' s they will go ahead and put me back on the rehire list, he said as long as I stop stressing about losing my job and I only come back when I can actually work without having to leave again, which made me really happy, so with that being said I go ahead and stop thinking negative, ending up giving birth early due to complications in my pregnancy. I gave my job a call and told him I was ready to work, and he told me I was not going to be hired back, and that he only said I was gonna be considered and hung up.

So after all that being said, i don't know where to go with this case, or is there any hope.
