I signed up for bundled services that included home phone, DSL, two cell phones and a "laptop card." The services were not bundled, I am being charged for long distance on my home phone which was not part of the bundle, the laptop card was the wrong one, I was in the middle of the desert on a project so I went to Santa Fe, New Mexico AT&T store and replaced the card, mailed the old one back but that' not allowed apparently. All in all, I disputed the overcharges ($60,00 one month, less on some other months - God knows what the next charges will be) so AT&T shut down my cell phones and threated to shut down the home phone and threatened me with a BAD CREDIT RATING - in spite of the fact that my credit rating is above average. Talk about bullying! So we negotiated a bill, but I remain fearful that they are going to overcharge again and I will dispute it and they'll shut down my phone system (DSL, home phone, laptop access, cell phones) and give me a bad credit rating - and there's no one to talk to at AT&T. UNBELIEVABLE! No address for correspondence, I could write to the new CEO, but to what avail. I am contemplating getting some guidance from the US Attorney's office on RICO, but I want to resolve the issues quickly. I am not alone, incidentally. AT&T is a consumers' worst nightmare. Can anyone help??!!
