Billy, William Shane/Billy Melton Used Craigslist to rent MY Townhouse without my knowledge and took $1050 from Anthony & Chris. He told them his Mother died and left him the unit

Shane/Billy Melton Moved into my Townhouse and did not pay rent/utilities for 2 months. Before he moved out he posted my townhouse for rent on Craigslist (without my knowledge) and rented it to Anthony & Chris taking $1050 from them. He told them he owned the unit and that his mother died and left it to him.
