Mary Jane Melton represented my stepson, in a case in2009. It was a sexual molestation charge, She never made any objections, there was no evidence, she would not allow the family to be in the court room, so we had no idea what was being said. When we got the transcripts after he was found guilty, it was shocking to see what went on in there. All it was -was a bunch of he said, she said!
He was sentenced to 25 yrs. It has now been 3 yrs. And we went to a hearing this morning, and we are filing an appeal for misrepresentation, We pray that all goes well. No Thanks To Mary Jane Melton watch out she will take your money then throw you to the wolves.
