No trial period charges over and beyond

I requested an effort interval for smoke51 e-cigarets on oct. 2 and also the test was suppose to begin after I acquired my item. I received my item on oct. 31, but sunday there is currently a cost of 89.95 after which wednesday another cost of 29.95. Two never got my test and that I cant get ahold of anyone possibly by telephone or mail what's the offer when companys like smoke51 make the most of people like me. I require a rma# and so I may return this garbage
