I ordered an educational course on a payment plan which involved 3 payments of $399.00 and it was delivered on Sept 28. The first payment was on Sept 28, the second on Oct 26, and the third has just been initiated today, Nov 23.
Jason Loucks (Home Financing Options) says in a info document he sent me before I ordered as well as on the Order Form that I signed that one has a FULL 30 DAYS to review the material and take their time and look it over before deciding to get a refund. I can provide this entire document or a scanned image of the page this statement is on as well as a copy of the Order Form showing the stated "FULL 30 DAYS" to review, etc.
On Oct 23, I called 561-623-8930 (Customer Service) to return the course. I got voicemail stating their hours were Tues thru Thurs. I called and got voicemail a couple of times before finally leaving a detailed message on Oct 28 stating that I needed instructions for returning the package.
