I sent $350 to a charity called United action for children. Reciever Elimbi Cavour in Cameroon.in exchange for a Friesan horse that was to be delivered to me in Wisconsin. I was to send the rest of the money upon delivery of the horse. I was supposed to recieve the horse on Friday Oct 16. It is now Tuesday the 20th. The delay was because This Global pet and animal movers said the has to do a layover in Denver, CO pending insurance on the horse. $1,600. I refused to pay this so the person I was supposedly getting this animal from paid it but wants me to send the remaining money owed to her to help her cause she went broke sending this $1,600.
